Top and Middle Management

The top and middle management sets up process and standards based on the directives provided by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and the goals of the company. They are composed of professionals who have earned more than a decade of experience in the IT and SEO outsourcing industry.

Account Management

The Account Management team is responsible for managing sales and for establishing and maintaining long-term business relationships with clients, in order to help them better in their endeavor towards global competitiveness.


Client Management and Operations

Also referred to as the Project Management Operations (PMO) team, they oversee the day-to-day communications with the client in relation to projects and tasks our operations team currently handle.

Technical Management and Operations

Comprised of seasoned Subject Matter Experts (SME) and specialists, the Technical Management and Operations team are responsible for the assessment and assignment of technologies per project. They are the ones who research and assess the latest trends in relation to their own field of expertise. They also provide hands-on technical training to incoming employees to help prepare them for deployment to projects or clients.

Human Resources

Organizational Development and Employee Relations

This team is responsible for the administrative functions of the Human Resources department. They track employee performance evaluations, manage compensations and benefits, and organize employee engagement activities. They are also responsible for the implementation of company policies.

Training and Talent Acquisition

This team not only handles the end-to-end process of hiring the best people for our company but is also responsible for their continuous learning through regular trainings and updates.

IT and Facilities

Systems Administration

The Systems Administration team is responsible for the inventory, maintenance and monitoring of our networking and communication systems and equipment. They provide round-the-clock technical support to both outsourcing clients and employees to ensure that operations run without a hitch.
